Applicants can send the documents one by one or collect them and send them all together before the deadline set individually according to the phase of arrival.

The test of drugs implies medical check on the drugs of abuse (narcotics). The medical form on drugs has an additional form, which is designed for TLG applicants only, which should be filled out by an examining physician and sent together with the lab report.

After applicants do all the required medical tests and immunizations, the results should be written in special medical form which is designed for TLG applicants only and filled out by their examining doctor/physicians. Applicants can also take medical examination in Georgia when they arrive. In this case interested volunteers should submit a special medical self-assessment form in prior. 

There is not a specific recommendation letter form provided for TLG applicants. The authors of LOR should describe applicant’s general abilities and explain why the applicant would make a good volunteer for TLG program.

A LOR must be written by a person who has been in a professional/academic contact with the applicant. He/she can be applicant’s professor, supervisor, employer, etc. The LOR can be sent directly by reference/recommender to our e-mail (info@tlg.gov.ge ) or applicants can collect them, scan and send all together via e-mail.
