Marketing and Social Media Assistant Needed!

საქართველოს განათლებისა და მეცნიერების სამინისტროს მმართველობის სფეროში შემავალი საჯარო სამართლის იურიდიული პირი მასწავლებელთა პროფესიული განვითარების  ეროვნული ცენტრი აცხადებს პროგრამის ”ასწავლე და ისწავლე საქართველოსთან ერთად” ფარგლებში კონკურსს მარკეტინგის მენეჯერის ასისტენტის პოზიციაზე.

Marketing/Social Media Coordinator’s Assistant is responsible for:

  • Researching strategies for marketing plan and branding of the program;
  • Working closely with Marketing/Social Media Coordinator to have continuous social media development;
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the productivity of the marketing plans and projects;
  • Researching ways to make the program a more attractive to prospective volunteers;
  • Monitoring, reviewing and reporting on all marketing activities and results;
  • Helping identify target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them.

Marketing/Social Media Coordinator's Assistant should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong background in research and statistical analysis, including excellent computer skills
  • Three to five years of working experience in marketing area
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Georgian is also very important) and an ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment
  • Knowledge of how to keep a healthy relationship with the public
  • Creativity and experience with visual design
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Eagerness to meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
  • Ability to communicate results to Coordinator in an efficient and timely manner
  • Ability to build good interpersonal relationships
  • The ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
