Brittany Tolar earned her MA in education administration and she also has extensive experience teaching. She came to Georgia last year as a part of the educational program “Teach and Learn with Georgia” and was placed in a public school of the village of Giorgitsminda in Sagarejo municipality to teach the English language with local English teachers.
Brittany Tolar uses interactive lesson plans and teaching methods during class. Besides teaching, she is actively involved in extra-curricular activities and provides English lessons to interested local people.
The “Teach and Learn with Georgia" program was initiated in 2010 as a part of the ongoing educational reforms. The project aims to promote English language education all across Georgia and provides an opportunity to Georgian communities to share their values and exchange cultures with people from various countries.
